Shipping Policy
Shipping Charges are determined at Checkout depending on your location.
Shipping Areas: Currently, we only ship within Canada. If you're located in one of the Canadian territories, please contact our customer care team, as additional shipping charges may apply. We’re excited to share that U.S. shipping will be available soon!
Return Policy
We want you to be delighted with your purchase! If something isn’t right, we're here to assist.
- 14-Day Return Period: You can return any full-priced item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it is in original, unopened and unused condition.
- Packaging for Returns: Items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure safe transit and quick processing. If the original packaging is unavailable, we DO NOT accept returns.

Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which range anywhere from $50 to $400 depending on the Item being returned and Ship-From location. These fees will be deducted from your refund amount.
