Our Two-Year Warranty

At FURNILURE, quality is built into every detail. Each piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully crafted to deliver lasting performance, and we stand behind our products with a 2-year limited manufacturer’s warranty, effective from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers verified manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, providing confidence in the furniture you welcome into your home.


Warranty Coverage

The warranty applies to genuine manufacturing and craftsmanship defects that impact the intended use of the product under normal residential conditions. When a claim is approved, we will determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or an alternative solution.


Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear resulting from everyday use

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper care, alterations, or accidents

  • Environmental or external factors such as fire or water damage

  • Natural material characteristics or changes, including:

    • Wood movement, warping, cracking, or splitting due to humidity or temperature variations

    • Upholstery fading, pilling, softening, or texture changes over time

    • Cushion compression or gradual loss of firmness

These conditions are considered part of natural material behavior and regular use, not manufacturing defects.


Eligibility & Limitations

  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser

  • It excludes second-hand purchases and final sale items

  • Products used in commercial or rental environments are not covered unless clearly specified as commercial-grade


Making a Warranty Request

If you experience an issue you believe may be covered under warranty, our team is here to support you.

Please contact our Customer Care team with your order details and a brief explanation of the concern. In some cases, we may request photographs or additional information to help assess the issue accurately. If a return of a component is required, we will provide clear instructions to make the process as simple as possible.

Once reviewed, we’ll guide you through the next steps and work toward a fair and timely resolution.


Items Damaged During Delivery

We recommend inspecting your order upon arrival. If any damage or defects are identified, notify us promptly so we can assist.

Please include your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description when reaching out. Our team will review your request and respond with next steps.
