• 1-Year Coverage: All our furniture comes with a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty, effective from the date of delivery, protecting against any verified manufacturing defects.
• Warranty Conditions: This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and craftsmanship flaws. It does not apply if the furniture has been altered, misused, or damaged due to accidents, natural disasters (such as fire or water damage), or normal wear and tear. Additionally, issues like warping, cracking, or splitting of solid wood caused by environmental changes or lack of proper care are not covered. Upholstery fading, pilling, cushion compression, and wear from regular use are also excluded. The warranty is non-transferable and does not apply to second-hand purchases, final sale items, or products used for commercial purposes unless specified as commercial-grade

Product Quality Issues

Damaged or Defective Items: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any defects or damage, contact us immediately. Our team will assess the issue and work quickly to resolve it.
