Shipping to Canadian Territories

At this time, shipping to Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut is not automatically available at checkout.

If you’re located in a Canadian territory, please contact our customer care team before placing your order. We’ll be happy to provide a custom shipping quote and assist with your order.

Delivery Scheduling & Delivery Windows

Once your order is ready for delivery, our shipping partner will contact you to arrange a delivery date and estimated delivery window.

Delivery windows may span several hours depending on the delivery route. For example, a carrier may provide a window such as 10:00 AM–2:00 PM rather than an exact delivery time.

Please keep yourself flexible and available during your confirmed delivery window. We recommend planning to be available for the entire window, as delivery times may change due to traffic, route conditions, delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Delivery dates and time windows provided by our shipping partners are estimated and are not guaranteed appointment times. While we and our delivery partners make every effort to deliver within the confirmed window, occasional delays or scheduling changes can occur.

If you are unable to be available during your scheduled delivery window, please contact us or the delivery carrier as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options. Additional delivery or re-delivery charges may apply in certain circumstances.

We want you to feel confident in your purchase and love what arrives at your door. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is:

• New, unused, and in resalable condition

• Returned in its original packaging

• Returned with all original accessories, hardware, and documentation

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item to FURNILURE.

However, through our shipping partnerships, FURNILURE may be able to arrange discounted return shipping rates on your behalf. If you would like assistance arranging return shipping, please contact our customer care team before sending your item back.

Condition & Restocking Fees

All returned items are inspected upon arrival.

• Items returned in new, unused, and resalable condition with their original packaging qualify for a return without a restocking fee.

• Items returned without original packaging or showing signs of use, damage, assembly, or improper handling may be subject to a 5%–50% restocking fee, depending on the condition of the item.

• Any applicable restocking fee will be deducted from the refund following inspection.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method, less any applicable restocking fee.

Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement after the refund has been processed.

Final Sale & Special-Order Items

Some FURNILURE pieces are made to order or specially configured based on your selections.

Items that are on sale, customized, made to order, or specially configured for you — including, but not limited to, custom fabric selections, modular configurations, or special finishes — are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

If a final-sale or specially configured item arrives with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, please contact our customer care team. We’ll work with you to determine the appropriate resolution.
