Delivery Scheduling & Delivery Windows

Once your order is ready for delivery, our shipping partner will contact you to arrange a delivery date and estimated delivery window.

Delivery windows may span several hours depending on the delivery route. For example, a carrier may provide a window such as 10:00 AM–2:00 PM rather than an exact delivery time.

Please keep yourself flexible and available during your confirmed delivery window. We recommend planning to be available for the entire window, as delivery times may change due to traffic, route conditions, delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Delivery dates and time windows provided by our shipping partners are estimated and are not guaranteed appointment times. While we and our delivery partners make every effort to deliver within the confirmed window, occasional delays or scheduling changes can occur.

30-Day Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is:

New, unused, and in resalable condition
Returned in its original packaging
Returned with all original accessories, hardware, and documentation

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item to FURNILURE.

However, through our shipping partnerships, FURNILURE may be able to arrange discounted return shipping rates on your behalf. If you would like assistance arranging return shipping, please contact our customer care team before sending your item back.

Condition & Restocking Fees

All returned items are inspected upon arrival.

Items returned in new, unused, and resalable condition with their original packaging qualify for a return without a restocking fee.
Items returned without original packaging or showing signs of use, damage, assembly, or improper handling may be subject to a 5%–50% restocking fee, depending on the condition of the item.
Any applicable restocking fee will be deducted from the refund following inspection.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method, less any applicable restocking fee.

Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement after the refund has been processed.

Haven Storage Bed

Recently purchased the Haven Storage Bed in a king size. From start to end Saathi and Kristina were extremely helpful and communicative. The bed came as advertised. Great quality and the hydraulic storage mechanism so far as been pretty smooth and really useful. The bed looks great and overall happy with the purchase and experience.

Buyer beware - Haven Storage Bed

Unfortunately, our experience buying from Furnilure has been nothing short of disappointing. To start, the boxes arrived with holes, boot marks (someone had clearly walked on the box), and because the bed was not properly protected inside of the box, it arrived dirty with multiple stains that could not be removed using regular cleaning methods. Secondly, when assembling the bed, there is a step where you have to unscrew a bolt that comes in screwed from the factory then re-attach it to install the hydraulic mechanism. This bolt was so tightly fastened that we had to use a screw extraction kit and eventually vice grips to get it out. We replaced it with an exact replica of the screw but the hydraulic mechanism on that side completely broke and failed within 1 day of use.

Our customer support experience was truly disappointing. They did provide us with a $100 reimbursement for our time and money spent fixing this bed, however their approach was unfortunately dismissive of the multiple dirty areas and faulty screw. They deemed these problems to be aesthetic, issues with assembly, and treated them as issues that do not affect function, even though we could not use the hydraulic mechanism at the time of our correspendence with them due to the screw being stuck.

I am disappointed that I cannot recommend this Canadian company, as (in my opnion), they do not place a high value on quality control. While they do offer a warranty for parts, at this pricetag, I would expect to receive an undamaged, fully functioning and clean product.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry your experience did not meet your expectations.

Regarding the packaging, we acknowledged that the outer boxes had some shipping wear and apologized for that. The marks on the upholstery were very light and, given our stain-resistant fabric, were expected to be easy to clean. We also never received any photos after cleaning to show that the marks remained or could not be removed. As a gesture of goodwill, we also offered a $100 partial refund for the mild staining.

Regarding the stuck bolt, we offered to provide a screw extraction tool and a replacement bolt so the issue could be resolved. Instead, that solution was declined, and the factory-installed bolt was extracted and replaced without consulting us. As described in your review, a screw extraction kit and vice grips were used, and the part that later failed was the same threaded receiver from which the original bolt had been extracted and replaced.

This is exactly the type of situation where we ask customers to contact our support team before attempting repairs or modifications. Had you contacted us first, we could have guided you through the appropriate solution before any modifications were made.

Throughout this process, we remained committed to helping and offered a return or a complete replacement of the entire bed. Those options were declined while a full refund was requested, despite the bed remaining in your possession.

Nevertheless, as a gesture of goodwill and under our warranty, we will be sending you a complete replacement set of both hydraulic arms, even though the original arm had been modified before we were consulted. We stand behind our products and remain committed to supporting our customers with fair and reasonable solutions.

Nice looking minimal and strong bed. Justin did an amazing job with taking the bed to our bedroom upstairs in our farmhouse all by himself and set it up. Overall a very good team and customer service. Love supporting local businesses, highly recommend!

The DREAMIEST BED!

I am so obsessed with the bed, the velvet storage is so soft and feels luxe (tons of space to store bedding and everything else!!)

Also the spill proof frame is such a game changer, we’re so happy with the choice we’ve made :)

Excellent bed!

This bed is minimalist but incredibly functional and comfortable. It stores a lot more than I expected, and stains wipe away instantly. These small things really do add up. The assembly took some time, but it was well worth it. The company was incredibly friendly, accessible, flexible, and easy to deal with/ask questions. The build quality is great, and the hinges feel very sturdy. Amazing value and glad with the purchase.
