30-Day Free Returns

You may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is:

• In new, unused, and resalable condition

• Returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, hardware, and documentation

Condition & Restocking Fees

All returned items are inspected upon arrival.

• Items returned in new and resalable condition with original packaging qualify for free returns

• Items returned without original packaging or showing signs of use, damage, or improper handling may be subject to a restocking fee ranging from 5% to 50%, depending on the item’s condition

Restocking fees, if applicable, will be deducted from your refund after inspection.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.

Items that are customized, made-to-order, or configured specifically for you—including but not limited to fabric choices, modular arrangements, or special finishes—are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

In the rare event that a custom-made item arrives with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, our customer care team will work closely with you to provide a suitable resolution.
